I get this on and off. Sometimes i'm connected... and sometimes I'm not. It doesn't matter what this is until you "upload" your findings.

I have uploaded a ton of findings so it does matter. I fact I uploaded on my first planet, who doesn't upload. Steam is full of s_ht.

I don`t upload.

You can do it completely offline too and it will `pretend` to upload anyway.
