hello. Is there a known issue whereby Gog players can't pick up twitch drops?

I have claimed them in twitch but I do not get the option to exchange in the game

GOG Players cannot obtain Twitch drops except by using a save game editor. The same question comes up every time that there are a new set of Twitch drops.

Didn't know about this general unavailability of twich drops for GoG users, since i dont have a twich account and have never claimed twitch drops, however it might be worth retrying after downloading today's 4.42 patch, for among other fixes the changelog states:

"Fixed a number of issues that prevented Twitch drops from being successfully redeemed."
