i7 4710HQ, 980M, 32GB RAM, etc
Graphics settings to max, framerate first at max then to 60. Borderless windowed.

1. Try to run the game, nothing happens. Reboot PC, game loads.
2. I am noticing in the starfield a weird graphical "hiccup" every few seconds.
3. I am into the game for good right after the initializing intro. Frame rate is great but every few seconds it freezes and then unfreezes. If I am walking then I find myself either looking elsewhere or having "jumped" few meters towards a different direction. It feels almost like playing an online game with severe server lag. But that should be impossible as I am not using Galaxy and according to the options screen I am not connected to the servers.
4. The game while doesn't have great texture resolution (to say the least), it looks, sounds and feels very good.
5. This constant hiccup/skipping is VERY VERY annoying. Game breaking for me.

I used the "fps fix" and also I plugged in my xbone controller.
After 30 sec the hiccup is gone, I think.

Anyway, I just stopped playing after not sure, 30 min, one hour, two hours?
This game is addictive.
