The GoG Clients tells me that 14 languages are installed and that they can be changed in game. But I can't find an option to change them in the game settings. Maybe it's me, but...

Language setup can be launched from the Windows Startmenu entry or can directly be found in the game installation folder called LanguageSetup.exe.
