1. Is this patch included in RTM GOG version?
2. If not, when will it be released on GOG?
After patching 1.03 player should completely delete savegames and start from sratch in order to have full after-patch experience. That is why I don't buy this game YET - I don't start game until 1.03 o later.

Not sure if its included in the GOG version but they did update the GOG version before releasing it. That's why we haven't seen an update its already integrated. The Steam version has had Intel SSE problems for which an update was released. The Steam version also has an opt in beta for NMS it's for testing purposes and reporting bugs.

The game was released as 1.03 on GOG (and Steam as well I guess) from the very beginning.
