Print screen does not seem to work for me, or I cannot find the screenshot folder.
GOG Galaxy also does not seem to have screenshot ability built in.
Do you guys use another program? FRAPS, etc?

Try greenshot.
I ended up just adding it to Steam as a non-Steam game, and used the native F12 in it to take screenshots. You can change the settings there for the folder it uses, and also make sure it takes lossless PNG images.

Same here.
It also makes it nice as you can then give out a link to all your screenshots for the game:

That's a great solution. Thanks!
Does running it through Steam affect your play time and achievement stats in Galaxy?

Yes, it does. I also use to start it via Steam in order to take screenshots, and since then don't get added playtime or achievemens in GOG Galaxy. Probably the same when you just start it directly from your desktop.
I'm using Fraps, tied to f12 : p
Boardless Window mode allow for Shift-PrintScreen and paste to Paint. Works fine with Galaxy, does not crash the game when you ALT-TAB out to paste.
