I wiped out all saves, and started from scratch. Found a Hostile Sentinel Planet and not a single gravitino yet. I am on custom difficulty with Max Difficulties settings. Is it cause of that, or was stuff changed. I was playing on the hardest non custom difficulty and found tons and tons of them, but now 2 hours searching on planet, not a single one.

I've seen that before (3.9 something I think). Aggressive Sentinels but no Grav Balls. Uncommon but not unheard of, so probably not a 4.0-related issue.
