I contacted GOG support within half an hour of release. They have been completely unresponsive. I see in the game's reviews that others have received multiple replies from support. Have any of you been fortunate enough to receive a reply?

I have now contacted support twice with no response.

This was my first purchase from GOG, it was also my last.

If I hired someone to do job and they came to me and said, "the work will still get done, just three days later than initially agreed upon." I would say, "Ok, but you're not getting paid the same amount of money." And, when the work wasn't done properly I would either 1. Not pay, or 2. If I had paid already, get my money back.

Why do game developers and distributors think that this real world logic does not apply to them?
its not GOGs fault that hello games didnt proper test nms, dont be angry at GOG for developers fault. you can get refund, thats in GOG hands, but repair broken game is upon developers, you should write to them and be angry at "goodbye games"

Yet another person ignoring the point and the question as well as making excuses for an industry that for some reason thinks that they do not have to live up to their word.

not at all, i totally agree with you that hello games fucked up, i am just saying that there is nothing right now that gog can really do except refund. from my previous experience with gog support they wont write you until they will have solution, its waste of time to write everybody that they dont have solution now, but as is said, i am not defending nms, hello games etc, they fucked up badly for sure
