Hi all, is anyone else experiencing an issue with galaxy not working? i'm using the correct log in and p/word combination yet it keeps saying p/word incorrect. i reset it to a new one and it still keeps happening. thus, i can;t play NMS or any other game on this platform and as galaxy won;t come up, it won't let me report what's happening. any way to fix this? i've also un/reinstalled it to no avail.

I just opened Galaxy without issue. I'm running Win11. What's your platform? There may have been a network issue, too. Try again and if it's still not working, try contacting GOG via their support page. Granted, that isn't the most helpful, but it's what we've got.

Generally, I've had brief connection issues that resolved on their own, so my guess is just a network error that will clear up. If it's been ongoing for more than a few hours, it may be time to "contact" "support".

Good luck!
No probs here either and I have launched Galaxy numerous times today.

Win 10 pro.

Did you verify the total character count and allowed characters?

Don't know if this is an issue with GOG but I just had a hassle with a website an hour or so ago where I to change my password and the change was accepted but would not work. I use long, complex passwords and found that I had used two too many characters and while the password was accepted for change purposes it would not work for logon purposes. I wasted a bit of time trying to get this to work before I checked the character count. My original password had worked for that website for a long time and it also had more than the current limit of characters in a password but worked for a year or so this may have been a software change on their end.
So my system is windows 11, brand new, purchased in january. I've used the same p/word on gog for years and it's never been an issue. the new p/word is shorter than the original, so that isn't the problem either. it just seems that galaxy itself no longer wants to accept my credentials and every time i try signing in it says 'incorrect password'. for now, i'm running the game from the exe. file because i'm baffled as to why galaxy suddenly started doing this!!!.
