Okay, so I've been off the game for a few months, and in that time there's been two major updates to the game (Prisms and Frontiers). Apparently one of those updates janked up the alignment of freighter base components such that it's screwed up my existing layout I've had since I last played. I've found two pieces that I was certain were placed correctly before I stopped in April and now they're misaligned, clipping though other components amd hindering access.

And yes, I've tried removing them and placing new ones. That didn't work at all, unfortunately, else I wouldn't be posting this.

This ramp is impossible to access now.

I can get through this one using my jetpack, but 1), that shouldn't have been necessary and 2) This is the Euclid Galaxy, not the Non-Euclid Galaxy.

have you reported it to the developers here ?

I hadn't, because I wasn't aware Hello Games had a ZenDesk. This was pretty much my first port of call. ^_^'
