https://www.gogdb.org/product/1446213994 will get you details on No Man's Sky inluding available builds and downloads, while https://www.gogdb.org/changelog lists all changes to GoGs products.

There's even a community thread about that site with the maintainer being present https://www.gog.com/forum/general/gog_database_a_website_that_collects_data_on_gog_games
