Every few minutes or so, my previously scanned discoveries disappear from the Discovery list, and the flora/fauna items become undiscovered, allowing me to scan them again. And this is keep happening over and over again. This started happening in Altas Rises update and persisted in Next update. I would rather not have to restart the game for the third time. Found just a handful of other people reporting the same issue, so it seems unlikely Hello Games fixes this bug considering everything else they are dealing with at the moment.

I'm not having this problem however I am uploading the data almost as fast as I take it down. Only on the first planet when the game updated did I have problems, the one I logged out in as it had old stuff found that I couldn't get credit for, moving to other planets I've done okay.
