The problem was that you were stucked in the Nada dialogue in the space anomaly, not getting any black holes, the dialogue looped endlessly and to go out you have to chose the Atlas path option.
Is this fixed now or is there still patch work to do for it?

To bypass the problem I use the Save Editor to make all black holes visible on galaxy map, but at some point I would like to stop cheating :)

I think in the new experimental branch(12/9), there's an entry that may be related to your issue:

"Fixed a number of issues around Nada + Polo's dialogue onboard the Space Anomaly."

Thanks, I missed this one, that's most likely it.
Can you tell me how you have updated to 1.59? In the backup downloads I see no patch, so I would have to download the entire package (about 8 GB) ?

Looks like the only option is to DL the entire thing (they've updated the installer to 1.59 but no incremental patch). I don't see anything in either the main file listing or the old DLer links.

*edit* This is one of the few games I use Galaxy for, since it's much easier to update that way. YMMV.

Thanks, I think I will skip the 1.59 , it has only few changes, instead the notes for the current experimental in Steam show *huge* number of changes, inclusive the Polo/Nada fix and other things. Still crashes with frigates are not mentioned to be fixed, but I never had this problem (on Steam they get mad about this one...)

I used GOG Galaxy and the 1.59 patch was about 44MB. You said in your other post that you might skip patch 1.59 but I don't know if the NMS patches are cumulative.

No they aren't cumulative, so I will have to go with that one anyway, or download the entire future version again. Thanks to point me for it.
