Its a skirmish mod for Nexus, allows you to setup your own battles, definitely a must have if you get this game
it comes via an installer so no muss or fuss when installing/running it, just direct it to your install directory
the patch is just a replaced executable for the skirmish mod
when you run the game you'll see it in the modification menu
