I was playing Shadows of Undrentide as a Wizard and my follower of choice (Deekin, of course) has even less carrying capacity than I do.
I eventually got fed up with it and decided to start spawning a bunch of Bags of Holding.
At first I couldn't find how to do this, but then I found the Toolset in the NWN folder and I looked up the console command to spawn items:
~ (Tilda key) to open the command console so you can input.
DebugMode 1
dm_spawnitem NW_IT_CONTAIN006
DebugMode 0
This will spawn a Bag of Holding at the location your cursor is pointing at.
