Is COG Version of Riven, the 5 Disc version with Annimations? Or, Single Disc Version from 10th Annivesary Edition.

The GOG version, the 5 disc version and the single disc version from the 10th anniversary edition are the same.

The only one that's different is the DVD version that was released in 1998. Nowhere sells that any more to the best of my knowledge (probably because of the same compatibility issues that caused GOG to release the 5 CD version).
