After finishing all three sections (prime, to d'ni, and path of the shell), I never got a page added to my Kadish Tolesa book with the second version of Kadish's tomb, which has a Relto page and I think a wearable. It's not a huge loss, but I enjoy the collectables in the game and was looking forward to finishing it. There was also a glitch where the To D'ni end screen did not show, so I wonder if it is a bug with the handling of cutscenes. I double checked with a walkthrough and had done everything I should have to unlock it. Anyone else have this issue, or know of a workaround?

I had the same kind of bug : in K'veer, the game crashed during Yeesha's speech. When I came back there I neither found her not nor the relto page, and the new book in Kadish isn't there either for me.
I tried to "erase" the myst book in my library (button at the bottom of the book) and walk the actual path of the shel again, but K'veer was in the same state, nothing has changed.
Trying to verify game files, maybe reinstall...

Edit : well, nothing does the trick. Not reinstalling after all, I suffered enough with this game. So I didn't get to see the ending first hand and get all the goodies. It really sucks for a game which was so frustrating at times.
