Hi all.

Certain text, penalty information when a ref is describing a penalty, player names on the resurrect screen, and win/loss/score information for previous games on the season screen, is not appearing. I know it is supposed to be there, because sometimes I see it, and then other times it won't show up. I may see the text flicker for just a few seconds and then it will disappear. For the most part, I can play without it, but it is frustrating being offered to accept or decline a penalty, when I don't know what the penalty is.

I'm running under wine 3.7 (pba patches) on a system using the amdgpu driver. I've stuck with this older version of wine since the majority of my Windows games work with it. I would prefer not to rebuild wine unless this is a known issue with my version.

I have attempted to winetricks allfonts, etc, but that did not solve the issue.

I can provide more information if needed. Any ideas?

I was able to solve it. I tried wine 8.0 and the problems went away immediately, so my wine build was my issue.

There is not much info on the wine appdb about MFL, and most reports online are people using Steam and Proton. Hopefully this will help someone if they are in the same boat as me...just update wine!
