The store page makes no mention of it. Honestly, that lack is the one thing keeping me from purchasing the game immediately.

Yes it does come with a manual. 3 MBs, 20 pages. After looking at it, I think its easy to read.

It comes with a manual but it is for the original Atari and Commodore versions. The PC version of this game has some features that are not in the originals. Not sure why they didn't get the manual from the same place they got the disk image.
