So, this issue is pretty difficult to explain, but I'll do my best. I just bought Moto racer 1, had fun with it, but when I went to close it out, it seems that my desktop monitor is still acting as if the game is running. When my wallpapers shuffle, it's a sudden jolt, icons now look pixelated, and my color aspect seems off (IE, splitting into bars of lights and darks) , although it's set the same when I looked in my monitor settings. Also, when I scroll down through anything, my screen tears. I've tried restarting, to no avail, checked my monitor settings, everything seems normal, so I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone have an answer?

EDIT: Fixed the problem. Color bit depth had been changed.
