I've modified the cyberstorm ini file (cstorm.ini) with the old cheats but none are working. Anybody got any ideas on how to get them to work?

I haven't tested this GOG copy yet, so I can't say for sure if they work, but you can check my wiki page on this topic to make sure you are looking for the right menus on the right screens.

I have tested and confirmed: cheats are not working for this version.
I have edited the CSTORM.ini file and the Special menu does not appear.

This may be related to the error at the start with "Unable to open data file".

I was only interested in one: "I don't like those" to reset available missions, and it's working after adding to .ini file.

The Cheats are working in the GOG Version, see picture, just added the codes from juantitogans page

Edit: if you get an error at start, I dont get one. Maybe dont install in Program Files Folder?
