Can't find it. Would love to use wasd instead of the arrows. Almost up to the point where I can't really play without it :P

Any tips on how I can change the keys?

As far as I know there is no in-game option to do this. Also, the A and S keys at least have other functions (A will have the selected character attack the top enemy in the list, and S will have your characters fire their bows). So, unless there is a fan-made tool to rebind the keys, I think you're out of luck.

If it helps, I found that by using shortcut keys (there are many more than just A and S mentioned above) the game is playable almost entirely without the mouse. With a keyboard-only control scheme, mabe using the arrows for movement won't feel so weird.

awww...thanks for the help though.

The manual doesn't seem to contain the keyboard shortcuts though. (Was leafing through it).

If I use the arrow keys then what keys do I use for strafing. Had dreamt of using q and e for that :P

I think you can hold ALT and then use the right and left arrows to strafe or something. To be honest, you will probably never actually NEED to strafe because turning in the game does not take any time. So, turning right, then moving forward, then turning left so you're facing the same way you were before only takes one movement turn, just as if you had simply strafed to the right. Even if you are surrounded by enemies, you can calmly turn in cirlcles while they just wait there for you to do something. Gives you some time to plan an attack.

Here's a list of some keyboard commands, but they don't include movement:

DOSBox has a handy keyboard mapping tool. Xeen itself may not support changing the keys, but with DOSBox you can just reverse the "position" of the arrow and WADS

Was looking at that and didn't find it. Can I put it in the config file for the game? :)
