I did a round of the chests with the parts. I have found them all, and even if I get a duplicate it wont assemble. But still teh quest giver says my golem is incomplete... I7m gonna check again, but it seems like its bugged.

This sucks because if my sorcerer cant go wizard it throws my whole party/game. no fly spell = lame

There should be a golem picture in the npc portion of the screen. Talk to the golem, as if it were any other NPC, and there will be a "conversation topic" saying "assemble golem parts." Then you can get him animated. Also, you only want to have one of the heads. The other one is bad.
