A backpack was stolen by an "Invisible Thing" in MM1 and I seem to have lost all my collected keys, although they were not held in that backpack.
I have tried to retrace my steps from the beginning but when I get to Zog in Algary, he won't give me the code because he tells me I'm not the courier, even though I have followed the path of this quest from the beginning. So nothing post this place works. I can't get the ruby whistle, which means I can;t get into the Minotaur Stronhold again to get the gold key.
I have looked everywhere online but I am unable to find it happening to anyone else.
Anybody have any ideas please?

Did you do all the quests from the very beginning, right from the Vellum scroll from Sorpigal to Erliquin. This should really reset everything since world state is not saved in the game; just the characters.

Yes thx. I thought that I had done that but obviously had managed to go astray somewhere. Anyway, I have recovered up to the gold key now so I'm back on track. Just have to watch out for those tricky "invisible Things" that nick my backpacks.
