Hello all,

Is there anyway to change the character portraits in MM6 with a custom made image/portrait ?

Thanks

Elronds' MM6 editor allows portrait changes
The Elrond MM6 editor lets me change the character portrait with other existing portraits, but I cannot insert my own custom made portrait.

Am I missing something here?

Sorry. I'd seen the readme state it allowed changes and assumed it could do custom portraits as well.

well too bad but on the other side thats too complicated its not just a portrait it need an animation for being hit, tired weakened drunk its not a portrait like baldurs gate that the portrait is only there for personal flair.
Due to the animations, there are 53 separate bitmaps for every character's bottom portraits. Look in icons.lod.
There's also the paperdoll portrait which I haven't found, but they're in there somewhere.
Use greyface's MMArchives program to extract and insert the files in the LOD files.

That helped.
