k, MM6 works grand, no problem there and MM3 works after some difficulty of finding the right words but MM4/5 seem stuck. I try and load them up and get an annoying 'out of RAM' message? Wondering how to fix it oO
Packing like 4Gig of RAM so not quite sure what the problem is.
The message reads:
MainMemory: 0 Bytes
Extended Memory: 41964 Bytes
Please free up more memory before playing.
This applies to everything with the world 'Xeen' within it xD

Are you using the GOG shortcut to run the games through Dosbox? If you just run xeen.com (or whatever it is), it will fail to execute due to memory configuration issues.

I can get all of the MMs to work using the GOG shortcuts, except 2. For whatever reason, DosBox flashes on the screen as if loading, and then is gone. No game, no system usage my taskbar - nothing, It is like I clicked on a dead exe.

Try running the setup or install program for MM2 and then using the GoG shortcut.

run as administrator.

For MM2 you need to run as administrator, for some reason.
