Is there a way to look up, down, centre, and fly in M&M6 with a laptop keyboard? I have none of the keys listed for those features on my laptop.

I recommend installing the unofficial patch from GrayFace, if you haven't already. It allows for mouselook and adjusting flight height by using the mouse wheel. (The site also has a program to change the controls which requires the patch to be installed.)

Is there a way to change the key assignments without already having the keys? GrayFace's program requires you to press the original key before you can change it. Or maybe I am using it wrong?

Almost all laptop keyboard have the keys you need, you just need to hold the Fn key to get to it. See if yours has the keys you need.

If not, you may be able to use a virtual keyboard from your accessibilities programs.
I think you can manually enter the keycodes into the ini files with GreyFace's patch but I have no idea what they are. Anyone care to confirm?
