Hey everyone,
I'm having a problem finding gems in Clouds of Xeen. I need 300 to get the key from the Cave of Illusion and I can't seem to find any. Where is the best place to get gems?

There is a place where you can mine gems.
Explore! That's what the Might&Magic games are about.
And try to avoid using spells that eat up gems

You can leave Cave of Illusion for later and go do other quests/dungeons, while saving gems.

There are caves with replenishable gems on Darkside (to the north of Darkside's starting city) in case you will be completely stuck.
