NVM, figured it out

Easily the most frustrating type of edit. I think if you are going to post a question on a public forum you should leave the original post up, and if you solve it add an edit with your solution.

Now if someone else happens along looking for answers re: the topic in question all they are going to get is 'I solved it'. There is an XKCD comic regarding this very thing (I should look it up and link it)

Yes, it is helpful to others if you let us know what the problem was, and what the solution was. That way other users can find the solution if they need it (as BrianVH said).
