I've gone to the altar and prayed at midnight and nothing happens. It is a full moon. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah that quest is weird.
My latest experience was reverse to youts. In my current game I was able to do the Temple of the Moon ceremony (for Arch Druid) on a Sunday April 28, Quarter Moon, 12:25 AM !!
