This is currently what my Metal Gear title screen looks like. I've tried changing it to 640x480 in the compatibility settings in Windows, but nothing works. Anyone else having this issue?

For anyone else who runs into this problem, I fixed it by setting the game to run at 640x480 using the GOG config tool that it comes with. Absolutely no other resolution works with it.
