I just got MDK and it runs but the textures are totally screwed up(see attached screeenshot)

I've poked around and haven't been able to find any fixes that work. One thing I've noticed though is that there does not appear to be a way inside the game to change it from direct 3D to software rendering. There is a menu for Direct3d but that's it. I've read that you can put this game in software rendering but HOW?!

When you install MDK, there is option for it but it's not chosen by default. Start the installation package and click Options and there should be "MDK (software mode)".
