While playing as Doc Hawkins in level 3 ( I think), does anyone know of a way to find the red button in the underwater maze as the goldfish? I've tried about a dozen times and different routes and even a Gamefaqs walkthrough but haven't had any luck. Pretty much stuck on this level.
Appreciate it if somebody could offer a easy solution. Thanks.

I too had to look for help for this part. Annoying. As I remember, you should always take the rightmost option in each intersection. And /they/ said that the rightmost can often be hard to see. Could be, but personally I found that hint pretty much bull honkey.
The second hint was a lot more helpful. The cheeky developers made it so that every time you die, you are put RIGHT NEXT TO the button, only facing away from it. So: Die -> Turn around -> Button.
The fun part is how I finally managed to find the button: I alt-tabbed away from the game furious about this "puzzle", went looking for help, and when I alt-tabbed back, I was staring at the button. :o (So I probably just turned around accidentally.)
