Simply and childishly put:
GalCiv, GalCiv 2, Sword of the Stars, Sins of a Solar Empire, etc. etc. etc...you can suck it down. MoO2 still pwns after all of these years. All space 4x games after MoO2 have been pretenders to the throne.
