Hi

I'm playing with the community patch version (v1.52) and I noticed a discrepancy in the description of the sawmill.
In the city build menu it says "It increases the production of forest squares by 25%".
In my capital where I already have one built, I can right click on it in the city window. There it says "It increases production by 25%, and improves the efficiency of Housing projects by 10%".

If the first is true, I think the extra production should be fixed, whereas in the second case the extra production should vary with the number of workers vs farmers.
By adding workers it looks like I'm getting a bigger bonus, so I think the second is correct. I haven't tested the housing bonus.

Can anyone confirm if I've got it right?

Is there a reason why the description is different and is there anything else I should watch out for?

25% bonus production to forest only production was the original unpatched affect. It looks like Serevy changed what it does to make it more useful.
Seravy didn't change anything here. Both effects are present in the original game. Housing is independent of production. It is instead a percentage bonus to population growth based on the ratio of workers to total population (workers/pop * 100), with a further +15% granted by the Builders' Hall, and +10% by the Sawmill.

Also, the +25% production bonus of the Sawmill has applied to the base production of workers, not forest tiles, even in v1.31. The context-based help was incorrect.

EDIT: Oh, and with regards to the reason for the difference in descriptions. The context-based help was extensively corrected for 1.52 - however, unfortunately, the building descriptions when selecting the next project are stored elsewhere and were unaffected. I'll probably try to rectify that at some point.
