If you still have this problem, login to your GOG accounts on the website and try using these links first:
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh

Restart Galaxy client afterwards and try downloading the game again.

If that doesn't help, go to C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs open GalaxyClient.log using any text editor, scroll all the way down and search of any error messages related to your recent game installation and copy-paste error in this thread :)
