i experience constant random crashes in Magic Carper 2,
making the game unplayable.

I tried all troubleshooting tips in the official section, and switched already through the various render modes (from overlay to OpenGL)

is there any other possbility // support to make the game running?
thanks,
ka
on a second laptop (older model with completly different hardware configuration and windows vista) it is sadly the same thing.. frequent crashes to desktop,
partly with some error codes visible for a second in the dosbox window.

Have you contacted GOG support?

Took a minute, but I found it.

This link will take you straight to the Magic Carpet 2 support article list. Go there, then look on the right side of the screen for a box that says "Contact our support team". There's a little life saver picture and a link saying "I can't find solution for my problem". Click that, and you should be able to open a support ticket on the next page, just fill in the fields with your information. Remember, it is generally better to be MORE detailed rather than LESS detailed when submitting the ticket.

Keep in mind that support may take a few days to get back to you, and they work business hours in Poland. According to your location, they are probably a lot closer to your working hours than they are to mine here in the the USA.
