So I bought this game a few days ago and already ran into a problem on the 2nd level when my baloon would'nt pick up any mana. Destroying/rebuilding did'nt help and after starting a new game I cant even get past the first level. I also tried reinstalling. I contacted GOG support but I havent gotten anything from them yet so I figured I should post here. As it stands I can't even play this game. Any ideas?

Does your balloon work at any point in the level?

If not I have no idea what to do.

If it does, are you sure about the following things:

1) That your castle can hold any more mana?
2) If it's full, but you can't cast build castle to increase your castle's size, try recovering your personal mana to full and see if you can upgrade your castle.

As long as you've captured mana balls and there's space in your castle the balloons should do their thing.
