Hi,

We've added the FR version of the game to your account :)

In Galaxy, you can click on "More" then select "Settings" and you will see a "Configure Game" section. Change "English" to "Francais" (sorry I don't have a FR keyboard ) and the game will autoupdate to the French version.

For the offline installer version, visit your library, open up the game, and click on the word "ENGLISH", change it to "FRANCAIS" and you will be presented with the FR version of the standalone installers :)
