-windowed doesn´t work
win D and alt Enter etc doesn´t work.

Can somebody help?

I wish I could help with reducing M.A.X.2 into Windows mode...
...but I don't know how either.

Why do you want to play M.A.X.2 in Windows mode? It runs more optimal in Fullscreen.
