I saw a review saying that the 1.0 version of the game has some bugs, and looking on steam, it has recieved some updates, but i don't see anything on gog to indicate if this version is getting those updates. Can someone confirm whether or not this version of the game is getting the same updates as the steam version?

Yes, Lost Ruins got all the updates on GOG as well. Haven't you noticed the changelog thread?
