I'm playing an archer, hence sylvant with storm of arrows racial . I have been led to believe that you can purchase enchanted bows from raymundo a merchant in the gate district. Do you need a specific stat to gain acess to the enchanted stuff? All I can find is his normal stock of bows.

On further investigation it would seem that being pureblood gives you the option. Has anyone else managed to acess the enchanted stuff with a tainted character?
