If your starting the game with a fire mage this guide will make things less painful. Although the guide says that fire is the best, I wish I had gone frost for the snares :(
Or ranger so I wouldnt have the crippling mana problems of a primary caster. Ive just finished the Crypt and things are going very slowly unfortunately.
