I'm not sure if anyone else plays this game, much less is trying to be a completionist about it. However I'm trying to get the "Perfect" ranking in every dialogue and mini-game, and Streaking 406: Spartacus has me stumped. Usually in the running around mini game (streaking, delivering fliers) you have to complete it with a good enough time in order to move from "Win" to "Perfect". This one starts you with just a few seconds on the clock, and requires you to pick up stars to even be able to finish. After many attempts I managed to finish with a respectable 15 seconds left, yet it still isn't good enough. I have also tried not throwing any cheese mummies and collecting all the stars, even though some of them are out of the way and it's not clear I benefit from the time taken to get them. Still no perfect.

Does anyone here know what time I need to beat in order to get perfect, or if there is another requirement for it? Thanks.

//edit//

Managed my best run yet with no cheese mummies used, all stars collected, and 22 seconds left on the clock. Still no perfect. Beginning to wonder if there's a glitch, or something else I have to do besides finish quickly.

Make sure you really collected all items available. It's mandatory for a perfect rating. Cheese Mummies don't matter.
So first of all, I want to apologize sincerely for not responding sooner. For whatever reason, GOG did not notify me that I had a reply to my topic, and I only now found out via a Google search of all things. Thank you so much for your response. I was in fact missing a 13th person, who is hiding in the bathroom to the left of the doorway. Streaked them and got the perfect, finally.

I realize this is (very) late, but thank you so much. I would never have completed this without your advice.

No worries, you're welcome! :-)
To say I'm late on this would be an understatement lol but I'm making some achievements for the PS2 version of this game and I was having difficulty figuring this out too. I thought the bathroom was blocked by the woman standing in front of it so I never even thought to try going in there, so a hearty thank you from me too if you see this :)
