I have a Prison Key in my inventory (obtained near the stairs to level 11 and near the iron door that I also can't open...), but no idea where it goes. I've fleshed out the map as best as I can see, though there could easily be a switch I've missed.

Anyone find a use for it yet? Maybe the answer lies deeper...

EDIT: Aaand...it was.
