As it says on the link you provided.....
if you bought the game from GOG or from us you can download the patched version of the game using the same way you obtained the original copy.

so why do i have version 1.3 not 1,4? i have it on GOG

If you just re-download the master (v1.0.0.8) and do the normal install, it won't overwrite all the required files and keep reporting the game's version as 1.1.3.
