This is the message I keep getting and I have no idea what to do to play this game from here. Any help would be appreciated, I cannot resolve using what I found in the website :/

what game are you trying to play?
are you trying to install the game? or if you already have, how did you start the game?
what windows version are you using?

I guess it was just taking forever to load....out of nowhere like 30m later - a window popped up asking me to RUN it...all is well now, except I'm stuck in the DAMN Cave Level 4 :( ahhhh

you still didnt tell us what game you are actually playing :D
