Basically there is an in game buid that allow you to get max level all classes and infinte money almost right from the start (just when you get to the gladstone keep, after the tutorial stage). i think was some kit the dev put there to quick test classes and stuff.
nonetheless, an easier way to get cheats without cheat engine or other tools.

there are only 2 thing you should be aware of, as the guy in the video mentioned:
if you use this cheat: the second quests's from the thief guild become unavable(if you take it, every time you go back to gladstone you get arrested), and if you fell in the hole you cant go back up, also touching the items on the shelves makes the game crash( for me at least)

I tested and it worked perfectly, im currently rushing the game, nuking everything in my path with all spells and the best equip i can find at the game start for sells.

JUST in case the video become unavable in the future( im kinda paranoid), you need to: exit the keep area, after you meet dash, go left to the talamari but dont pass the gate, instead close it, turn back, go down the stairs and press the last tile on the gras corner to the right. Now go back to the Keep entrance and click the left pillar.

Part of the ground will go down. DONT go down as well or you cant return up and need to re-load.
Just look inside , crouch and touch the books for the cleric (left) and mage (right) level.
The light sword will increase your thief level and the regular sword your warrior level.
on the right of the regular sword there is an infinite bag of money
