Not sure if anyone can help. I get a crash immediately when trying to start RTK.

I looked at the RTK file and all it says is "direct draw failed to initialize".

Any suggestions?

my specs if it helps any

CPU i7 920 2.66
8gb mem
ati 4980 vid card

I've tried compatibility modes, admin...all those usual suspects.
