In chapter 2 of Betrayal in Antara, you are supposed to request that a merchant, Paolo Verazza, special order a shipment of 'Chailan Tea'. What is supposed to happen then is that you wait a week, return to the merchant, only to find that his store has been ransacked and the tea stolen.

This event does not seem to be triggering for me. I have waited several weeks in game and the merchant keeps saying that the shipment hasn't arrived yet.

Is there some other trigger that I'm missing, or is this a bug? If so, is there a workaround? It may or may not be relevant, but I previously had to use the "Missing Temple Workaround" in chapter 1.

I'm not 100% certain anymore but I believe that you need to leave the city and go elsewhere before it will update.

I just now tested this idea by walking to another town and hanging out at an inn for 14 days then walking back for a total of about 16 days. No dice. The merchant is still waiting for the shipment (and being insufferably cheerful about it).

I think this has happened to me with the disc version. It's been so long I'm no longer sure. Believe I restarted Chapter and it triggered the next time around.
